摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤病人生存质量 (QOL)状况。方法制定恶性肿瘤病人 QOL调查表，对 100例恶性肿瘤患者进行调查。结果本调查表比较客观的反映了肿瘤病人 QOL，其评分与病人活动状况评分 (KPS评分 )相关性良好 (γ =0.304,P< 0.001)。结论恶性肿瘤病人 QOL是反映患者健康程度的主观指标， QOL与生存率同样重要。Objective To evaluate the quality of life(QOL) in malignant tumour patients.Method 100 patients with malignant tumour were investigated by questionary.Result The QOL of malignant tumour patients reflected by this questionary realistically.the grade of QOL and karnofsky in malignant tumour patients in very relatively(γ =0.304,P< 0.001).Conclusion The QOL of malignant tumour patients is a subjective guide line with reflected patients health.The survival ratio and QOL of malignant tumour patients is of equal importance in treatment.
