精神分裂症患者门诊治疗、社区防治与社会回归的研究

摘　　要：目的寻求精神分裂症防治、康复尽早回归社会方法及措施。方法对 108例精神分裂症病人进行 3年期开放管理、门诊治疗、社区康复，回归社会、社会功能恢复做临床研究。结果临床显效 52例 (48.15％ )，有效 33例 (30.56％ )，疗效差 23例 (21.3％ )，总有效率 78.71％，恢复全劳动力 48例，半劳动力 35例，简单劳动力 25例，正常工作、生活 65例。减轻社会、家庭压力、经济负担明显的 85例 (78.70％ )。结论精神分裂症开放管理、门诊治疗、社区康复提高了临床治疗，使患者的社会功能、劳动力恢复较快，社会、家庭、病人压力和经济消耗明显减少，在精神医学临床工作中值得探索研究。Objective Seek the methods and measures on the prevention,cure and recovery of schiz in order to decrease the harm in body mind ,and working ability of the patients.Method The 108 schizoids three years of clinic research of opening management ,clinical treatment,community recovery,return to society and regaining of social abilities.Result 52 cases are clinical cured(48.56％ ).33 cases show curative effects(30.56％ ).23 cases show poor effects.The total effective rate is 78.71％ ,48 cases regained the whole working ability,35 cases half working ability.25 cases can do simple works.65 cases can work and lice normally.85 cases(78.70％ )reduce the pressure and the economic burden of the society sand families obviously.Conclusion Opening management,clinic treatment and community recoveryimproved clinical effects and patients' social and working abilities,and thus the pressures of the society ,the family,and the patient and the economic consumption are greatly reduced.So it is worth exploring and researching in the clinic treatment of schiz.
