摘 要:目的了解晋江市2011-2012年市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞污染现状。方法按照国家标准GB 5009.12-2010、GB/T 5009.15-2003和GB/T 5009.17-2003分别检测蔬菜中铅、镉、汞含量,按照GB 2762-2005中相关产品标准要求进行评价。结果 2011年晋江市市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞的检出率分别为20.0%、22.5%和12.5%,合格率分别为100.0%、100.0%和95.0%;2012年铅、镉、汞的检出率分别为62.5%、42.5%和22.5%,合格率分别92.5%、100.0%和92.5%。结论我市市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞含量多数符合国家标准,受污染情况不太严重,但是潜在风险依然存在,仍需引起相关部门的关注和重视。Objective To research the pollution of Pb, Cd and Hg in vegetables sold on the market in Jinjiang city from 2011 to 2012. Methods According to national standards GB 2003 and GB/T 5009. 17 -2003, the content of Pb, Cd and Hg in vegetab les was assayed, and GB 2762 - 2005 was applied to evaluate the results. Results In 2011, the detectable rates of plumbum, cadmium and mercury in vegetables sold on the market in Jinjiang city were 20. 0%, 22.5% and 12.5%, respectively, and the qualified rates were 100%, 100% and 95.0%, respectively. In 2012, the detectable rates of plumbum, cadmium and mercury were 62.5%, 42. 5% and 22. 5%, respectively, and the qualified rates were 92.5%, 100% and 92. 5% , respectively. Conclusions The content of plumbum, cadmium and mercury in vegetables sold on the market in Jinjiang city was most qualified with the national standards, and the pollution status was not very serious. The potential risks still remained, and the departments concerned should give concern and attention to this area.
