摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,病案信息服务呈现服务对象广,服务内容多,服务要求高等新特点。本文针对目前医疗机构病案信息服务中普遍存在的对病案服务重视不够、人员配备不合理、服务能力不足、信息化水平不高、主动服务意识差、信息开发不好、借阅制度坚持不好等问题,提出了优化人才配置,加快病案管理信息化建设步伐,变被动服务为主动服务,改善阅览环境,加强病案利用服务宣传,优化服务流程,开展预约服务,回访评价等办法措施,不断提升病案信息服务能力和水平。As the development of economic society, the service of medical records files have shown new characteristics such as wider service objects, more service contents and higher service requirements. Aimed at problems existing in the current medical records files ser- vice in medical institutions such as not enough attention, unreasonable personnel allocation, poor service ability, low informationalized lev- el, lack of positive service awareness, poor information development and the insistance of borrowing system, we put forward many measures such as optimize personnel allotment, speed up the process of informationalized construction of medical records management, turn passive service into positive, improve reading environment, strengthen the publicity of medical utilization service, optimize service process, carry out appointment service and feedback evaluation, thus to improve the service ability and level of medical records files continuously.
