老年及老年前期白内障合并眼底病临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年及老年前期白内障患者眼底病发病率和病情变化。方法 回顾性分析７０３例８３７眼５０岁以上老年及老年前期白内障手术患者合并的眼底病及白内障手术引起的眼底病。结果 合并眼底病１８１眼，患病率２１．６２％，包括老年黄斑病变、玻璃体混浊，视网膜病变、视网膜脱离、部分视神经萎缩等。手术引起的眼底病３０眼，发生率３．５８％．结论 老年及老年前期白内障患者常合并多种眼底疾病。为了眼底病早期诊断及治疗，老年及老年前期白内障视力下降时应及时手术治疗。Objectie To investigate the morbidity of fundus disease and patients' condition in elderly people. Methods 837 eyes of 703 cases (aged over 50) with cataract were reported and their clinical data were analyzed Diagnosis of various fundus diseases had been made before and after operation. Extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification and IOL implantation which may cause fundus diseases were analyzed. Results 181 eyes (21 .62% )were complicated by fundus disease, including senile macular degeneration 36 eyes (4 .30% ), vitreous opacity 41 eyes (4 .90% ), retinopathy 14 eyes (l. 67 % ), high myopia retinopathy 39 eyes (4. 66% ), diabetic retinopathy 25 eyes(2. 99 % ), retinal detachment 4 eyes(0 .48 % ) and partials optic atrophy 14 eyes (1. 67 % ) etc. Fundus diseases caused by operation were 32 eyes (3. 82% ), vitreous opacity 20 eyes (2. 39% ), cystoid macular edema 5 eyes (0 .60% ), retinal detachment 3 eyes (0. 36% ), and progressive optic atrophy 4 eyes (0. 48%). Conclusions Complication of various fundus diseases in senile patients is common. Early diagnosis and treatment are good for most patients with fundus diseases, and operations should be taken in time when having a hypopsia.
