摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,主要围绕体育和美育概述;大学体育与美育的关系探析等内容展开论述,以期从中探索大学体育和美育的有效结合方式,从而为高校体育改革提供理论支持。With the methods of literature and interview, the paper does the analysis around sports and aesthetics, their relations, to find the effective ways of the combination between college sports and aesthetics and to offer a theoretical support for the reform of college sports and physical education.
