《红楼梦》英译本中“气”的情感隐喻的类型及翻译

摘　　要：曹雪芹在《红楼梦》中使用了大量的情感隐喻,其翻译直接影响到译文的成功。选取杨宪益夫妇的译本,从认知语言学中概念隐喻的视角,通过对"气"的情感隐喻的确认、分类,概括出情感隐喻在《红楼梦》译本中的三种类型:大多数隐喻是结构隐喻,方位隐喻和实体隐喻使用频率很少。情感隐喻不能直译,大多采用归化的整体翻译策略,在翻译过程中并没有保留原文的情感隐喻,由此总结出情感隐喻的翻译特点。There are a lot of emotion metaphors in A Dream of Red Mansions, so the translation of emotion metaphors will directly affect the whole translation work. This paper selects the English version by the Yangs, and attempts to explore the confirmation, classification and generalization of emotion metaphors on ＂qi＂ through a new perspective of Conceptual Metaphor Theory. Most of emotion metaphors on qi are structural metaphors in A Dream of Red Mansions, and domestication is adopted by translation strategies. It aims to generalize the specific translating strategies of emotion translation in its English version, as well as summarize some characteristics of translation on emotion metaphor.
