摘 要:PBL教学是以问题为中心的课程设计和教学方法,重视学习者的创造性思维能力和继续学习能力的掌握。在外科实习教学实践中,发现PBL教学依然存在一些问题,过分追求PBL,可能会因为学生能力相对不足,造成事倍功半、拔苗助长的局面。对各部分学习内容大规模开展PBL教学,会造成效率下降,增加教师和学生负担。多媒体教学是外科临床实习PBL教学的有益补充。建立共享多媒体教学资料库,可以利用幻灯、影像、音频、视频、文献、病例等素材,使PBL教学讨论中做到有据可依,有的放矢,提高学生学习效率,减少时间成本,强化记忆效果,提升认知水平,减少教师劳动量,拓展教学能力。外科多媒体教学资料库的设计中,应当注意建立团队组织收集多媒体教学素材、有效管理资料和充分利用网络平台广泛下载使用。PBL teaching is a problem-centered curriculum design and teaching method,it attaches importance to the mastery of learners on the creative thinking ability and continuing learning ability.In surgical practice teaching,PBL teaching still has some problems,and excessive pursuit of PBL may cause duplication of efforts and destructive enthusiasm situation because of the relative lack of students' ability.PBL teaching carries out large-scale on respective parts of learning content will reduce efficiency and increase the burden of teachers and students.Multimedia teaching is a beneficial supplement of PBL teaching on surgery clinical practice.Establishing shared multimedia teaching database can make PBL teaching discussion have basis and have a definite object in view,by utilizing slide,image,audio,video,document,case and other material.And it can promote students' learning efficiency,reduce time cost,strengthen memory effect,enhance cognition level,reduce the amount of teachers' labor and develop teaching ability of teachers.In the design of surgical multimedia teaching database,attention should be paid on building team to collect multimedia teaching materials,manage data effectively and widely download use by making full use of network plat from.
