摘　　要：良好的身体和心理素质是从事旅游服务工作的基本条件,是旅游人才必须具备的基本素质。良好的身心素质不仅是从事旅游服务工作的基础,也是提高旅游服务质量的重要因素。文章在对身心素质在提高旅游服务质量中的作用进行分析的基础上,阐述了旅游人才身心素质的基本要求及旅游人才身心素质培养的途径和方法,力求为旅游人才身心素质的培养提供理论指导。Good physical and mental qualities are basic conditions for working in the tourism services as well as basic quatmes required of tourism professionals. Besides, they are important factors in improving the quality of tourism services. This paper first analyzes the effects that physical and mental qualities have in improving tourism services quality. Then, it expounds the bas- ic requirements of physical and mental qualities, as well as the ways and means for cultivating them. It is hoped that the findings can provide some theoretical guidance for the training of physical and mental qualities of tourism talents.
