关于高考体育加分政策的调查分析

摘　　要：通过对娄底城区5所高中的学生、家长和老师的抽样调查,可以得知:高考体育特长生加分政策受到了广大学生、家长和老师的特别关注和认同;特长生在获取资格的测试过程中,存在权钱交易等腐败现象,导致加分不公正。因此,需要进一步完善政策,促进公平:第一,适当收回各省加分项目的制定权,教育部应设置统一的、合理的、规范的、在中学中普及度高的体育加分项目及标准;第二,对体育特长生的资格获取应公开透明,让真正有特长的学生获取资格;第三,统一加分值,且最高分值最好不要超过10分;第四,教育和体育相关部门要加强对高考加分的监管。Through the sample survey on students, parents, teachers in Loudi city five high school, we can know： the bonus policy of college entrance examination sports students is received special attention and recognition of the majority of students, par- ents and teachers ; in the test process which students obtain the qualifications, there is the corruption phenomenon of trading power for money, which causes unfair bonus. Therefore, we need to further improve policies, promote fairness： first, appropriate taking back bonus project formulation power, the ministry of education should set up an unified, standardized, reasonable, high populari- ty of sports bonus items and standards in middle school; second, obtaining qualifications of sports students should be open and transparent, let the real expertise students obtain the qualifications; third, unified score, and the highest score is not more than 10 points ; fourth, education and sports related departments should strengthen the supervision of college entrance examination.
