摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌中星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)的表达及其与临床病理指标之间的关系,探讨AEG-1在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化Envision法检测128例乳腺癌组织中AEG-1的表达,同时分析乳腺癌中AEG-1表达与临床病理指标之间的关系。结果乳腺癌中AEG-1的阳性表达率为90.6%。AEG-1在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),随着临床分期的增高,AEG-1的阳性表达率也明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌中AEG-1的表达与ER、PR和HER-2表达均无关(P>0.05)。结论 AEG-1可能参与了乳腺癌的进展,是乳腺癌侵袭性的一个标记物。检测乳腺癌中AEG-1表达可有助于预测乳腺癌的生物学行为。Objective To study the correlation between the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1 （AEG- 1 ） and clinical pathologic parameters in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, and to explore the role of AEG- 1 in the progression of the breast carcinoma. Methods AEG-1 expression was detected by immunohistochemi- cal Envision technique in 128 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma. The correlation between the AEG-1 expression and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of AEG-1 in invasive duetal ear- cinoma was 90.6%. The expression of AEG-1 in breast carcinoma patients with positive lymph node was higher than that in breast carcinoma patients with negative lymph node （ P 〈 0.05 ）. With the clinical stages progres- sion, the expression of AEG-1 was higher gradually with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No difference be- tween the expression of AEG-1 with ER, PR and HER-2 was observed（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions AEG-1 may be involved in the progression of the invasive ductal carcinoma and may be a biomarker for the invasiveness of breast carcinoma. The detection of AEG-1 in the breast carcinoma may be helpful for predicting the biological behavior of the breast cancer.
