摘　　要：继续医学教育作为宏观继续教育的一个重要组成部分,是促进卫生专业技术人员加强新理论、新技术、新方法的重要举措,是推动科研,学术活动开展的有效途径。本院作为本地区大型综合性医院,拥有优质的医疗教学资源,进一步完善管理体制,积极开展医学进修生培养,使医疗资源在另一个层面得到重新整合[1],满足了地州医院医技人员较强烈的知识需求,对促进新疆卫生事业的发展,满足各族人民群众的健康需求具有重要意义。Continuing medical education is an important part of the macro continuing education,which is an important way to strengthen the new theory, new technology and new method for medical technical personnel. As a large hospital in this area our hospital has a high quality of medical teaching resources. Further perfect the management system,and actively carry out the continue medical education to the advanced student is good to promote the development of public health ,also has important significance to meet the health needs of all ethnic groups.
