摘　　要：目的探讨槐耳颗粒对肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞后免疫功能的影响。方法 55例肝癌患者均经活检确诊。其中观察组27例在TACE后口服槐耳颗粒(20g/次,3次/d)护肝治疗。观察患者并发症及TACE 1周后免疫功能的变化。结果两组均无肝性脑病及围介入期死亡病例发生。观察组免疫功能较对照组明显好转(P<0.05);观察组乏力、恶心呕吐、发热和肝区疼痛等并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论在TACE后使用槐耳颗粒能明显改善患者免疫功能,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explorer the protective effect of Huaier granules on immune function after TACE in patients with liver cancer. Methods A total of 55 patients diagnosed as liver cancer by biopsy were involved in this study. 27 patients in observed group received Huaier granules （20g tid p.o） after TACE. Immune function was compared one week after TACE. Results No hepatic encephalopathy or death occurred around the intervening period. Immune functions in observed group were significantly better than control group. Less complication occurred in observed group. Conclusion Huaier granules could effectively protect the immune function after TACE.
