摘　　要：大学教师尤其是辅导员是一个特殊的社会角色，辅导员承担着教师和管理者的双重角色，它的工作是神圣而又繁杂的。要做好这个工作必须清楚认识辅导员工作的内在属性、职责和任务，准确进行角色定位，同时必须具备高度的奉献精神和强烈的责任感。在平时的工作中做到多问、多谈、多管，用爱心、耐心和诚心感召学生，让优质的辅导员工作成为学生回忆大学教育阶段最难忘的经历，并影响他们的一生。university teachers in particular counselor is a special role in society, counselors assume the dual role of teachers and administrators, and its job is sacred and complicated. To do this work must be a clear understanding of the intrinsic properties of counselors＇ work, responsibilities and tasks, roles and accurate positioning, and must have a high degree of dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. The work that we do in peacetime to ask, to talk about multi-tube, with love, patience and sincerity inspire students to work as counselors quality university education stage students to recall the most memorable experience, and affect their lives.
