摘 要:在高校行政工作中,外籍教师的管理常会遭遇一种人文上的困境。这种困境直接原因是传统规范制度作用的局限性;而背后更深层次的原因则与多元文化的现代性社会背景密切相关。多元文化背景造就了不同价值取向;这种价值取向单从制度层面很难评判对错或区分优劣,不同价值取向之间也难以得到真正的理解和认同,其深层后果是造成外籍教师归属感的缺失。面临这样的人文困境,管理者除了要在规范制度层面进行必要修正以外,更要积极进行自我意识的转向。通过有效的交往、沟通与理解,力图与外籍教师达成价值观上的共识和相互认同,为解决这种困境寻求一条可能性途径。Among the administration affairs, the management is- sues on foreign teachers usually encounter a humanitarian dilem- ma, which directly lies in the influence of the traditional regula- tion. However, the deeper reason behind has much to do with medemity of diversified culture. And the diversified culture cre- ates different value orientation which could not be judged or dif- ferentiated easily from the regulation level, meanwhile, different value orientation could not easily reach a true understanding and consensus. Due to this, the final consequence is the lost of foreign teachers' sense of belonging. Facing such a humanitarian dilem- ma, the administrator not only needs to do necessary amendments on the regtdation levd, but also actively begins the diversion of self-consciousness. Through effective communication and un- derstanding, the mutual understanding and the common sense on the value between foreign teachers and administrators will be re- alized, and then the possible method to resolve the dilemma will be presented.
