高校学生党建工作面临的挑战与解决对策分析

摘　　要：高素质人才的培养,不仅是我党发展的基础,也是我国经济和科技发展的重要保证,因此如何提高人才教育水平,成为了我国高校发展的主要问题,我党作为具有先进理念的政党,如果能够在高校中有效地开展党建工作,必然能够提高学生的综合素质,本文在高校学生党建工作意义的基础上,通过分析目前党建工作中存在的问题,针对性地提出了加强党支部和完善教育体系等解决对策。The cultivation of high-quality talents is not only the basis of the deve｜opment of our Party, hut also an important guar- antee for the development of China＇s economy and science and technology, therefore, how to improve the level of talent education has become a major issue for university development in China. Our Party is the ruling party with advanced concepts, so an effec- tive implementation of university Party construction will in- evitably improve students＇ comprehensive quality. Based on the significance of university students Party construction and an analysis on the problems existing in the current Party construc- tion, corresponding solving countermeasures such as enhancing party branches and improving education systems are proposed in this paper.
