摘　　要：独立学院是高等教育发展模式的一项创新,其就业工作是大家关注的焦点。本文从就业质量、就业去向、专业设置等方面分析了独立学院大学生的就业特征及发展对策。The independent college is an innovation of the development mode of higher education, so the employment of independent college graduates is a focus. From the quality and direction of employment, and specialty setting, the characteristics and development countermeasures of independent college students＇ employment are analyzed in this paper.
