摘　　要：西方对激励理论的研究相对较早,理论成果颇丰。其对我国地方高校教师激励管理具有一定的借鉴意义。Western research of incentive theories started earlier and has achieved abundant theoretical results, which are of certain referential significance for the incentive management of local university teachers in China.
