摘  要:自我认知(self-cognition)是对自己的洞察和理解,包括自我观察和自我评价。自我观察是指对自己的感知、思维和意向等方面的觉察;自我评价是指恰当地认识自我,实事求是地评价自己,是自我调节和人格完善的重要前提。本文以数所高校独生子女研究结果为基础,从专业的社会心理学角度对其自身进行细致的分析、研究。寻找规律性,探讨有价值的对策,促进"90后"独生子女自我认知的发展,从而提升和完善他们的自我认知水平,解决他们的心理健康问题,促进独生子女在各方面的全面发展,更好地适应社会,推动社会的发展,成为合格的社会成员。Serf-cognition is a person's insight and understanding of himself, including serf-observation and serf-evaluation. Self-observation refers to the person's detection of his own perception, thinking and intention, while serf-evaluation, an important premise of serf-adjustment and personality improvement, is a correct recognition of the person himself and a practical evaluation of himself. Based on the research results of students of several universities from one-child families, this paper analyzes and researches from the perspective of professional social psychology. It aims to find certain rules, explore valuable countermeasures, and promote the serf-cognition development of "post-90s" children from one-child families, so as to improve their serf-cognition, solve their psychological problems, promote their overall development, and help them become qualified social members.
