摘　　要：新形势下研究生培养的模式决定了研究生的培养质量。本文论述目前研究生培养的现状,并结合本院工科研究生培养的实际,阐述了工科研究生校企联合培养的模式及其意义。Under the new situation, training mode of graduate education determines the quality of graduate education. This article discusses the current status of graduate education, and combined with the practice of training of engineering graduate, elaborates the mode of engineering graduates＇ cultivation of college-enterprise joint and its significance.
