摘　　要：文章阐释了宁波新兴产业技术创新战略联盟建设的现状,分析了联盟建设目前存在的问题,在此基础上提出了推动宁波新兴产业技术创新战略联盟建设的政策建议。This paper explains the construction status quo of Ningbo emerging industry technology innovation strategic alliance, analyzes the problems existing in alliance construction. On this basis, it puts forward the policy suggestions on promoting the Ningbo emerging industrial technology innovation strategic alliance construction.
