摘 要:波特竞争理论以市场结构化为背景,以S-C-P分析范式为支撑,它开创了战略研究的经济学视角,提供了五力模型、通用战略和价值链等战略管理概念、工具和具体建议。但波特竞争理论分析方法和工具本身的局限性使其具有因素同质化、竞争优势外生、战略目标单一、过分关注产品竞争、忽视合作和企业家才能等缺陷;而其深刻的市场结构化烙印则导致了其与当今个性化、知识化和信息化市场的不匹配。波特后期的竞争理论是对其前期理论的自我完善和整合,而其他主流竞争理论对波特竞争理论的完善和超越对现代战略管理极具启示意义。Taking market structure as the background, and supported by S-C-P analysis paradigm, Potter's Competition Theory pioneered the economics perspective strategy research, provided five-force model, general strategy and value chain and other strategic management concepts, tools, and specific suggestions. But the limitation of Potter's Competition Theory analysis methods and tools caused the defects of factors homogeneity, exogenous competitive advantage, single strategic objective, over focus on the product competition and ignorance of cooperation and entrepreneurial ability. While its deep-rooted market structure characteristic lead to its dispatch with the modem market's individuation, knowledge and informationization. The later Potter's Competition Theory is the improvement and integration of the early theory and other main stream competition theories" improvement and transcendence on Potter's Competition Theory has important enlightening significance for modem strategic management.
