摘　　要：管理学科在新乡医学院建设发展了十几年,积累了一定的办学基础,成为了支撑学校学科发展的六大学科之一。但目前还有问题,这些问题的解决关系到学校管理学科良性发展,关系到学校"一大目标,两大跨越"的发展目标的实现。Having a history of more than 10 years in Xinxiang Medical University, the management discipline has accumulated certain schooling basis, and has become the 6 supporting disciplines of the university. But there are still problems, which are related to the benign development of the management discipline, and the realization of the goal of ＂one big goal, two leaps＂.
