摘 要:针对某型MPV轿车高速行驶时车内低频轰鸣噪声问题,对该车分别进行工作变形和底盘悬架系统对车内噪声测点的传递路径分析发现,横向推力杆是车内低频噪声的产生激励源。为节约成本,采用在横向推力杆上安装附加质量块的方法解决车内低频噪声问题。通过理论计算确定附加质量块的大小和安装位置,并对安装附加质量块后的车内噪声进行测试,发现附加质量块的安装可有效降低该型轿车车内低频噪声问题。In order to solve the low frequency roar noise problems of a certain type of multi-purpose vehicles at high speeds, analysis of working deformation and transfer path of chassis suspension system effect on the interior noise mea- suring point were studied.It is shown that horizontal push rod was the stimulus source of interior low frequency noise.ln order to save the cost, additional masses added to the horizontal push rod were used to solve low frequency noise in the car, the size and installation position is determined through the theoretical calculations.In the end, interior noise test of car fitted the additional mass was examinedand found that the additional mass can effectively reduce interior low fre- quency noise problem of this type car.
