摘　　要：随着近期世界大学城网站在院校的兴起,制作者对界面美化的要求日益提升。提高网站界面的美观,同时提高首页主界面的美感,是每个想做个世界大学城教师和学生迫切需要解决的问题。从网站界面的通用性和世界大学城能够自由插入Flash发布的swf格式文件功能,讲述构建世界大学城网站界面的一般设计方法和Flash AS编程技术。With the development of the recent World University City site in Colleges and Universities, the producers to beauti- fy the interface increased requirements. How to improve the site of the beautiful interface and improve the main interface beauty Is each to the urgent need to address a World University City Teachers＂ and students＂ problems.This article Starting from the general Web interface and the World University City to insert the Flash release of the swf format file function,describe the gen- eral design method of how to constructing the World University City Website interface and the Technology of Flash AS program.
