摘 要:目的了解宁波市市售海水产品中腹泻性贝类毒素污染状况,为控制食源性疾病提供依据。方法采集宁波市部分菜市场、超市和养殖基地销售的部分海水产品,主要是居民常食用的贝壳类海水产品,共计122份。用酶联免疫吸附法ELISA法检测腹泻性贝类毒素DSP。结果 122份海水产品中有3份样本超出检出限(1μg/100 g),最高值9.59μg/100 g,均未超过中毒最低量16μg/100 g。结论宁波市市售海水产品中携带有腹泻性贝类毒素,但含量较低,存在安全隐患,平时应加强监测,避免因腹泻性贝类毒素引起的食源性疾病的暴发。Objective To know the pollution status of diarrhetic shellfish poisons (DSP) in seafood market of Ningbo, and provide evidence for controlling food -borne disease. Methods DSP level was detected in 122 economical shellfishes from some seafood markets, supermarkets and breeding base of Ningbo by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results DSP was found in 3 seafood samples(over the detection limit of 1 μg/100 g), with the highest level of 9.59μLg/100 g, but lower than the toxic level of 16 μg/100 g. Conclusion The DSP levels in economical shellfish was low in Ningbo market. However, it is still essential to monitor and assess the risk of DSP in seafood market, so as to avoid the outbreaks of food - borne illness.
