摘 要:通过运动学研究方法,揭示了我国优秀运动员冯喆完成双杠屈体后空翻2周下的技术特点及运动学规律,从支撑摆动、腾空屈体2周和落地3个阶段分析了它们之间的因果关系和技术细节。研究结果显示,支撑摆动推离杠时的重心速度、两手推离杠时的用力程度、离杠时机和方向、身体重心抛物线腾起的角度和速度、腾空的高度和向后屈体2周的翻转速度、落地前伸髋的幅度和落地时的重心高度以及缓冲动作是完成好该动作的关键技术环节。Kinematics study method is adopted in the paper to reveal the Chinese elite gymnast, Feng Zhe' s technique features and kinematics laws in his bent-body back flip two-circle dismount. The paper analyzes the casual relationship and technical details from the three phases of supporting swing, 2-circle take-off pike and dismount, with the result indicating that the key technical links to achieve this movement include the gravity speed of the supporting take-off at leaving the bars, the force of the two hands at pushing off the bars, the time and direction at leaving the bars, the parabola angle and speed of the body gravity, the take-off height and the turning speed of backward bent-body 2 circles, and the extension scale of the pre-dismount hip point,the gravity height at dismounting as well as the buffering action.
