摘　　要：采取文献资料法、比较法、典型调查访问法、综合分析法等,并结合自我教学实践对舞龙运动的艺术之美进行了系统、详实的探究。得出舞龙运动有"龙形阴柔阳刚之美"、"舞龙技术演练之美"、"舞龙与音乐协调美"、"舞龙运动欣赏意境美"等美学因素,能强健人们的体魄,保持快乐的心情,开发思维,培养美的欣赏能力。旨在为当下构建和谐社会中更好地促进人的身心双修提供借鉴,使人的心灵、精神和人格臻于至善。This article adopts documentary reviews, comparison, typical survey and interview method, and comprehensive a nalysis, etc. , combining selfteaching practice to systematically and minutely explore the beauty of dragon dancing. The re suits show that dragon dancing has such aesthetic factors： the beauty of dragon shape, the beauty of dragon dancing drill ing, the beauty of dragon dancing and music harmony, the beauty of appreciating dragon dancing and so on. And Dragon dancing can tone up fitness, develop ideas, encourages aesthetic, refines spiritual essence and cultivate the minds. The aim is to provide a reference in better promoting human mental and physical cultivation in the process of building a harmonious society and to perfect people＇ ind, spirit and personality.
