摘　　要：介绍1例神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma，NB）骨髓转移的确诊方法。通过骨髓细胞形态学和细胞免疫组织化学染色，判断骨髓转移瘤细胞种类，以协助诊断原发肿瘤。确诊转移瘤细胞为NB细胞。骨髓细胞形态学加细胞免疫组织化学染色检查，可协助确诊骨髓转移瘤的类型。Summary The diagnosis of neuroblastoma with bone marrow metastasis was by bone marrow cell morpholo- gy and immunocytochemistry,judging metastatic tumor cell types of bone marrow, to assist in the diagnosis of the primary tumor. The metastatic tumor cells were identified as neuroblastoma. Bone marrow cell morphology and im- munocytochemistry staining could help diagnose bone metastasis.
