摘 要:目的采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)分析湖州地区蝉花中的中小极性组分。方法采用醇提法提取蝉花中小极性组分,并通过GC-MS联用对中小极性组分进行分析鉴定。结果从蝉花中小极性组分中鉴定出17个化合物,分别为正十三烷、甘菊蓝、正十六烷、肉豆蔻酸、肉豆蔻酸乙酯、十五酸乙酯、二十五烷酸棕榈酸乙酯、硬脂酸、反式角鲨烯、麦角甾醇、吡咯烷乙酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、酚酞二丁酯、十八酸乙酯胆甾醇和月桂酸等。结论采用GC-MS联用技术分析鉴定湖州地区蝉花中小极性组分的化学成分,具有快速、稳定的特点,可用于湖州地区蝉花药材成分的分析鉴定。Objective To study the chemical constitutes of small and medium polarity from Cordyceps sobolifera in Huzhou by GC-MS. Methods The small and medium polarity constituents were extracted by ethanol, and analyzed by GC-MS. Re- suits 17 compounds were identified, the main small and medium polarity constituents from Cordyceps sobolifera were n- tridecane, azulene, n-hexadecane, myristic acid, ethyl myristate, pentadecanoic acid ethyl ester, pentacosanoic acid, ethyl palmitate, stearic acid, squalene, ergosterol, ethyl pyrrolidinoacetate, diisobutyl phthalate, phenolphthalein dibutyl, ethyl stearate, cholesterol and lauric acid. Conclusion Using GC-MS to analysis and identify the small and medium polarity con- stituents from Cordyceps sobolifera, has the characteristics of rapid and stable, which can be used in the analysis and identifi- cation of Cordyceps sobolifera medicinal ingredients.
