摘 要:随着社会的进步和医学的发展,公众对医疗卫生服务质量的期望越来越高,医师的职业精神也面临巨大挑战。目前在临床教学医院中,医学生与真实患者接触机会减少,住院医师教育背景差别大等情况,均不利于医师职业精神的培育。现阶段,应针对不同对象不同阶段的特点制定医师职业精神培养方案。同时通过全方位的评价系统,对培养体系的效果进行量化检验,并发挥评优激励机制的作用。逐步建立起覆盖医学教育全程的医师职业精神培养方案理论体系和全方位评价体系。Along with the social progress and medical development, the expectation of medical service from the public becomes higher and higher, and the medical professionalism faces great challenge. In clinical teaching hospital currently, the below conditions go against the professionalism training, including the less chances of contacting patients decreasing for the medical students, the difference of educational backgrounds being large among the residents, and so on. At present, the training program on medical professionalism should be made aiming at the characteristics of different groups and different stages. Meanwhile, through the comprehensive evaluation system, the effect of the training system is tested quantitively, and the rule of encouragement plays a part. The theoretical system and the comprehensive evaluation system of medical professionalism training program will be established gradually throughout the medical education process.
