摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了β-环糊精(β-CD)/二烃基五硫化物(RC2540)包合物,使用红外光谱(FrIR)和热重分析(TG)对其进行表征.用四球摩擦副考察了包合物作为聚乙二醇600基础液添加剂时的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明β-CD/RC2540包合物减摩抗磨性能优于β-CD,其抗磨性能随包合物添加量增加而增强,高载荷(≥392 N)时,磨斑直径比添加β-CD的小25%~30%.摩擦作用导致β-CD/RC2540包合物外壳β-CD分子发生分解,释放腔内的RC2540,RC2540分解产生的活性S元素在摩擦表面形成摩擦化学反应膜起到较好的润滑效果.The β-Cyclodextrin ( 13-CD ) and pentasulfid bis (2,2,4-trimethyl) pentyl ( RC2540 ) inclusion complex was synthesized by coprecipitating method, and fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy and thermo-gravimetric analysis were used to characterize the complex. The tribological properties of complex were examined by four-ball test by using macrogol 600 as base fluid. The results indicate that the anti-friction and anti-wear properties of β-CD/RC2540 complex are better than β-CD, and the anti-wear properties become better as the mass fraction of complex increase. At high load (≥392 N). The wear scar diameter can reduce 25%-30% compared with adding β-CD. The β-CD molecules of complex were decomposed and the RC2540 molecules were released from the cavity of β-CD during friction process. The excellent lubrication effects may be attributed to tribochemical reaction film by the active sulfur from decomposed RC2540.
