摘　　要：本文对大学生读者在图书馆借书活动中体现出来的心理过程进行了详细地分析,并结合本人在图书馆总服务台的多年工作实践,提出了工作人员针对读者在借书过程中的心理表现行为如何做出相应的服务对策。This paper provided a detailed analysis to the psychological process of student readers reflected in the library bor- rowing activities. Combined with years of working practice in the library circulation desk, the author put forward some correspond- ing service books. that the staff of library should take different readers＇ psychological behavior in process of borrowing
