摘　　要：本文阐述了城市公共自行车系统的概念、发展背景,简述了世界其他国家的公共自行车系统建设情况。并对比我国的规划成果,分析了国外的优势经验,以及我国发展公共自行车系统面临的问题和挑战。In this article, the author describes the concept and development background of urban public bicycle system, and elaborates the construction situation of public bicycle system in the rest of the world, and compares the results of Chinese planning, analyzes the advantages of foreign experience as well as the problems and challenges to develop the public bicycle system.
