摘　　要：建筑史学基础理论的任务是反思建筑史学研究活动的性质及其方法论,在深层次上梳理建筑史学发展过程中出现的各类问题。通过对中国建筑史学的学术史回顾总结,归纳提炼其中有关建筑史学基础理论的各类特征,并探寻各种基础理论问题出现的根源,这有助于深入理解中国建筑史学的学科自明性及其应有的基础知识价值和建筑文化批判功能,这也为构建中国建筑理论所需的建筑史学基础理论,提供了新的方向。The mission of fundamental theory of architectural historiography leads to a profoundly rethink of its research activity and its methodology, while makes a survey of its problems in depth in the evolution of Architectural Historiography studies. With the retrospective study on academic history of Chinese architectural historiography, the paper summarized and abstracts all kinds of its characteristics and seeks the root of its problems, which also provides a new direction for fundamental theory of architectural historiography which is necessary for system establish of Chinese architectural theory.
