试论科技进步与生态文明的辩证与互动

摘　　要：科学地看待科技进步与生态文明的辩证与互动,合理地运用现代科技手段造福人类,至关重要。本文阐述了文明形态伴随着科技进步的变革而变革,分析科技进步与生态文明的整体性和复杂性、建设生态文明需要科技进步支撑、科技进步需要生态文明建设。提出科技进步与生态文明建设并行发展。把科技进步与生态文明有机结合在一起,在实现经济发展和科技进步的同时,与保护生态环境紧密联系起来,走可持续发展道路,实现中国的崛起和强大。It is crucial to have a scientific and dialectical view of the interaction between scientific and technological progress and e- cological civilization, to rationally use modern scientific and technological means for the benefit of mankind. This paper describes the form of civilization transforming along with the scientific and technological progress; analyzes the integrity and complexity of both the scientific and technological progress and the ecological civilization, indicating that ecological civilization and the scientific and technological progress are complementary and they need to be developed in parallel. To achieve a strong China, we should organically combine the sci- entific and technological progress and the ecological civilization along with the economic development and the scientific and technological progress; protect the ecological environment meanwhile to keep us on a path of sustainable development.
