摘　　要：第二代新儒家代表人物牟宗三对传统儒家道德进行全新的阐释,建立了道德底形上学体系,打通老内圣与新外王的逻辑进路,以此对抗西方哲学的挑战。尽管这在某种程度上是传统儒家道德的一种变异,但更是传统儒家道德在现代的创新发展。Mou Tsung-san,the second generation of the new Confucianism representatives gives a new interpretation of the traditional Confucian ethics, establishes the system of metaphysics of morals, and gets through logical route of the new internal saints and external kings, to confront the challenges of Western philosophy. This is a variation of the traditional Confucian ethics to some extent, even modem innovation and development of the traditional Confucian ethics.
