摘　　要：刑事法律援助权是保障控辩双方平等武装的重要支撑,对刑事法律援助权的尊重和保障,有助于真正实现司法正义。从相关国际条约、宣言、决议、司法判例入手,分析有关刑事法律援助权的国际人权标准,然后结合中国在对被告人法律援助法律保障的现状,探讨依据国际人权标准改善我国刑事法律援助权法律保障的具体路径。The right of criminal legal aid is an important support to protect both parties＇ equality in criminal proceed- ings. Respecting and protecting the right contributes to achieving justice. This paper tries to probe into the specific path to improve legal protection of the right in China in accordance with international human rights standards by analyzing the relevant international treaties, declarations, resolutions and judicial precedents as well as the current situation on the protection of the right in China.
