基于CAE技术的电子琴上盖塑件的熔接痕缺陷优化研究

摘　　要：利用注塑模CAE技术对电子琴上盖的注塑过程进行分析,并结合产生的熔接痕缺陷,对电子琴盖板的浇口位置、数量进行了详细的分析,最后得出比较优化的参数设置,进而注塑出品质较好的电子琴盖板。With the use of CAE technology of injection mold,this paper analyses the of injection molding process for the electronic piano cover.It also analyzes its gate location and quantity according to the weld line defects in detail.Finally it obtains the optimized parameter settings,which are used to mold good-quality electronic piano cover.
