摘　　要：数据挖掘技术广泛应用于银行的客户关系管理,本文探讨了挖掘出隐藏在客户数据中潜在信息的方法,对决策树的ID3算法在客户数据信息中的应用进行了分析,依据推导的结果对客户进行分类,进而预测客户行为,制定相应决策,提供更加完善的服务.Data mining technology is widely applied in customer relationship management of the bank, This paper discusses the hidden information in the customer data, On the decision tree ID3 algorithm in customer data informa- tion in the application were analyzed, on the basis of the result of customer classification, and then to predict cus- tomer behavior, make corresponding policies, provide a more perfect service.
