摘 要:钙通道阻滞剂尼莫地平(尼膜同)除了具备传统意义上的作用机理,即限制钙离子的细胞膜内流,直接作用于大脑局部血流的细小动脉平滑肌外,基础研究还发现在下丘脑、尾状核和大脑皮质的特定区域,尼莫地平亦有众多的神经元细胞膜的结合位点,并通过抑制钙离子内流,保护神经元免受一系列损害的影响,表明尼莫地平尚具有神经保护潜能,这对于改善学习和记忆,发挥着重要作用,从而扩大了该药治疗的疾病谱。As a calcium channel blocker, Nimodipine can restrict the calcium ion inflow through the cellular mem- branes, directly acting on the smooth muscles of the arterioles in the regional blood flow of the cerebrum. This is one mechanism of action already known to us. However, the current basic research has revealed that Nimodipine has many binding sites in the cellular membranes of the neurones in specific areas of the hypothalamus, the caudate nucleus and the corticocerebrum, so that the inflow of the calcium ions can be restricted and the neurones can be prevented from a series of lesions. These findings have indicated that Nimodipine has in improving the human learning and memorizing abilities and a protective potentiality for the nerves, which is important enlarging the Nimodipine treatment scope.
