摘  要:以花生壳为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇体积分数、时间、酸度为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken试验设计进行了花生壳原花色素提取工艺参数优化。结果表明,在酸度0.05 mmoL/L、乙醇体积分数85%、提取时间71 min的条件下,原花色素提取率为15.1 mg/g。试验结果与模型预测值相符。Using peanut shells as raw materials ,based on single factor test ,the optimal extraction technology was performed by means of Box- Behnken design,taking ethanol concentration,extraction time and acidity as influence factors.The results indicated that the optimized extraction condhions of proanthocyanidins from peanut shell were obtained as follows :acidity 0.05mmoL/L, alcohol concentration 85%, extraction time 71 min. Under the above mentioned conditions, the yield of the proanthocyanidins from peanut shells was 15.1 mg/g.The experiment results were consistent with the prediction result.
