手术联合放疗治疗腮腺腺样囊性癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床治疗腮腺腺样囊性癌的理想方案。方法:根据治疗方案不同将2004年9月-2008年5月江西省肿瘤医院收治的105例腮腺腺样囊性癌患者随机分为观察组55例和对照组50例,观察组给予手术联合放疗治疗,对照组给予单纯手术治疗。治疗结束后,所有患者均接受随访,比较两组患者的复发率、转移率及生存率。结果:观察组复发率、转移率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者1年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组3年生存率、5年生存率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯手术相比,手术联合放疗治疗腮腺腺样囊性癌可以获得更佳的远期疗效,该联合方案是治疗腮腺腺样囊性癌的理想选择。Objective：To investigate the ideal regimen for adenoid cystic carcinoma of the parotid gland.Method：According to the therapeutic regimen,105 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the parotid gland admitted into the Jiangxi Provincial Tumor Hospital from September 2004 to May 2008 were divided into the observation group for 55 cases and the control group for 50 cases,and the observation group received surgery combined with radiotherapy,while the control group was given surgery alone.All patients were followed up after treatment.The two groups of patients with recurrence rate, metastasis rate and survival rate were compared.Result：The recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group respectively,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No difference was found in the 1-year survival rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）,while the 3-year and 5-year survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group respectively,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with surgery alone,the surgery combined with radiotherapy is able to get better long-term curative effect in the treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the parotid gland,and this therapeutic regimen is an ideal choice.
