摘　　要：给出了广义L-R扭曲Smash积的一些简单性质、广义L-R扭曲Smash积和张量余积余代数结构构成双代数的充要条件.Some properties and two examples of generalized L-R twisted Smash products are given. A sufficient and necessary condition for generalized L-R twisted Smash products algebra structure and tensor coproducts coalgebra structure to form a bialgebra is given.
