摘 要:将铜、锌离子与壳聚糖(CTS)通过配位反应合成壳聚糖铜、锌配合物,考察了脱乙酰度、温度对产品中金属含量的影响。测定了产物的缓释性能、抑菌性能及除氧活性。结果表明配合物在人工海水中15d的累积释放率为0.76%,说明了其具有优异的缓释性能。壳聚糖金属铜、锌配合物对枯草杆菌和四链球菌都具有良好的抑制作用,第10d抑菌率可达到55%,CTS-Cu(Ⅱ)比CTS-Zn(Ⅱ)对O2·-抑制效果更为明显,配合物的浓度越高,其清除活性氧的能力越强。Chitosan-Zn and chitosan-Cu complexes were synthesized. The effect of degree of deacetyla- tion and temperature on the metal content was studied. The property of slow release, anti-bacteria and anti-oxidation of products were measured. The results showed that the release rate of complexes in artificial seawater was 0.76% in 15d. It presented the outstanding property of slow release of the complexes. Chitosan-Zn and chitosan-Cu complexes showed significant effect against Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus tetragenus. The anti-bacteria rate of complexes was 55% at 10th day. The inhibition rate increased with the increasing of concentration of complexes, and CTS- Cu Ⅱ ) complex showed the highest inhibition activity than CTS- Zn ( Ⅱ ).
