摘 要:目的:通过对白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术术前及术后眼轴、屈光状态、眼压测量结果的比较,了解手术对眼球生理机能的影响及IOL-MASTER测量人工晶体屈光度长期稳定性。方法:行白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者11例(17眼),对白内障术前测量眼球眼轴、角膜曲率、眼压,术后8~14个月复测结果并比较,屈光数值与综合验光仪验光结果比较。结果:白内障术后眼轴缩短,术后眼压降低与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。角膜曲率及角膜散光与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),术后实际验光球镜度数与术前IOL-Master计算后预留度数相比均减少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术后,降低了房水流出阻力,眼压下降,可为急性闭角型青光眼前驱期或临床前期且伴有白内障的患者提供了一种降低眼压的手术方法。同时术后眼轴缩短,所以在采用IOL-Master仪的测量结果时,为达到最佳术后预期,应在检测预期度数上适当增加度数。Objective:Through the compari-son of cataract phacoemulsification and in- traocular lens implantation preoperative and postoperative axial length,refractive status, intraocular pressure measurement results,to understand the effect of operation on ocular physiology and IOL-MASTER measure- ments of IOL diopter long-term stability. Method:Based on April 2011 to October 2011 underwent phacoemulsification and in- traocular lens implantation of age-related cataract in 17 eyes of 11 cataract preopera- tive measurement of ocular axial length,cor- neal curvature,intraocular pressure,after 8 months -14 months survey results and com- parison,numerical and comprehensive com- parison results of optometry optometry diop- ter combined instrument.Results:After cata- ract surgery in eyes with postoperative,the axial length shorten and intraocular pressure decreased,there was significant difference compared with the preoperative (P〈 0.05). The curvature of the cornea and corneal astigmatism before and after treatment com- pared with no significant difference (P〉 0.05),to calculate the actual refraction spherical and preoperative IOL Master after surgery for degree were reduced compared, there was significant difference (P〈 0.05). Conclusion:phacoemulsification and intraoc- ular lens implantation,reducing the aqueous outflow resistance,decreased intraocular pressure, can be acute angle-closure glauco- ma prodromal period or pre-clinical and ac- companied by cataract patients a lower in- traocular pressure surzical methods.Mean-while postoperative axial shortening, so the use of IOL-Master instrument measure- ments,in order to achieve the best postopera- tive expectations,should be expected in the detection of the appropriate degree of in- crease in degree.
