摘　　要：随着高校国际化进程的加快,高校对外合作中的跨文化交流越来越频繁.如何进行跨文化的有效管理成为高校亟需解决的一个重要问题.本文通过分析影响高校国际合作的“跨文化”因素,提出了一些跨文化管理的策略建议.With the accelerating of internationalization, intercultural communication of the foreign cooperation has become more and more frequent in colleges and universities. How to conduct effective cross-cultural management becomes a critical issue. In this article, analysis of cross-cultural factors affecting colleges＇ international cooperation and put forward some sug- gestion of cross-cultural management.
