摘　　要：Castleman病(Castleman diaese CD)又称血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生或巨大淋巴结增生症,是一种原因未明的罕见的慢性淋巴组织增生性疾病。较常发生的部位是胸内,特别是纵隔区域。本文回顾性分析了2011-2013年我院经手术、病理证实的3例胸部局限性透明血管型castleman病的CT增强表现,以提高对本病的认识。Castleman diaese （CD） is alternatively known as angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia or giant lymph node hyperplasia, which is a nonclonal, rare lymphoproliferative disorder. The most frequent site is intrathoracic, especially mediastinal area. A retrospective analysis of three cases of pathologically proven hyaline vascular type unicentric Castleman disease CT data located intrathoracic was performed to improve the recognition of Castleman disease.
