摘 要:本研究以甘蔗与斑茅杂交后代为材料,利用人工接种花叶病毒和黑穗病菌,人工水分胁迫,初步评价甘蔗和斑茅杂交后代的抗花叶病、抗黑穗病和抗旱性表现.结果表明:不同的甘蔗与斑茅杂交后代抗黑穗病、抗花叶病和抗旱表现分离.初步评价出了甘蔗与斑茅杂交后代BC1YCE01-134和YCE01-116,其对花叶病和黑穗病表现"0"感染率且抗旱性生理指标良好,有望成为供甘蔗育种利用的高抗的抗源亲本.Some progenies from Saccharum and Erianthua arundinaceua were preliminaryly evaluated for resistance to smut, SCMV and drought through mtificial inoculation of smut and SCMV, as well as drought stress. The results showed that performance of re- sistance to smut, SCMV and drought segregated in different progenies from Saccharum and Er/anthus arund/naceus. YCE01-134 and YCE01-116 (BC1 of Saceharum and Erianthua arunclinaceus) were screened in preliminary evaluation of resistance, whose infection rate of smut and SCMV was zero and physiological indexes of drought resistance were good. They would be high resistant parents for utilization of germplasm resource of Erianthus arundinaceua in sugarcane breeding program.
