摘　　要：目的:检测HER-2/neu和COX-2在涎腺腺样囊性癌(Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中的表达情况,探讨其与SACC的发生的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色,分别检测HER-2/neu和COX-2在42例正常的涎腺组织和42例SACC组织的表达情况。实验数据采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:SACC中HER-2/neu和COX-2的阳性表达率分别为42.9%(20/42)和64.3%(27/42)与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在SACC中它们的表达呈显著相关性(P=0.001,R=0.611)。HER-2/neu的阳性率在不同分化程度的SACC中存在差异(P<0.05)与临床TNM无关,COX-2高表达与临床TNM分期有关(P<0.05)与组织分化程度无关。HER-2/neu和COX-2表达与是否存在淋巴结转移有显著性关系(P<0.05)。结论:HER-2/neu和COX-2的表达与SACC的分化程度、临床TNM分期及是否存在淋巴结转移密切相关,HER-2/neu和COX-2可能会成为SACC的病理分级和预后判断的辅助指标。Objective： To detect the expression of HER-2/neu and COX-2 in salivary adeniod cystic carcionma （SACC） and explore its clinicopathological significance. Methods： SP immunohistochemical staining of HER-2/ neu and COX-2 was carried out in 42 cases of SACC and 42 cases of normal salivary tissues. Results： The positive rates of HER-2/neu and COX-2 were 42.9% and 64.3%. Correlationship was shared by positive HER-2/neu and COX-2 in SACC（P=0. 001,R：0. 611）. There was significant differences for HER-2/neu positive rates in different grade of SACC（P〈0.05）and it was not correlated with the TNM stages. The overexpression of COX--2 was signigicantly related with TNM stages（P〈0.05） and it was not correlated with the degree of differentiation. There were significant differences for HER-2/nue and COX-2 positive rates related with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was significant correlation between the expression of HER-2/neu and COX-2 and WHO pathplogic grade of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, which may indicate the clinic prognostic significance.
